different personalized layouts inside the card:

BLANK CARDS
|
 Blank
cards come with no verse or personalization added to the inside. The
card is completely blank inside. This selection is perfect for
customers who prefer to personalize their cards with a hand written verse and signature. There is no additional charge
or discount for ordering blank cards.
NOTE: If you plan to print your cards in your own printer,
please be aware that photos, foils and embossing on the front of the
card may not be compatible with some printers and can damage your
printer. Additionally, many toners and inks are incompatible
with some of the papers we use, so we highly recommend having us do
any printing on your cards and envelopes.

PRE-DESIGNED VERSE
|
 Robert
McMahan Photography
has crafted dozens of beautiful verses in a variety of typestyles to
print inside your cards. Below your
selected verse, you can add up to two lines of personalized
imprint. The verse and imprint lines will be centered in
the card as shown, and in the font styles shown on the card. Our pre-designed
verses are preset high resolution plate files, so they cannot be
changed or reworded in any way. Pre-designed verse imprinting in
black ink is an additional $.10 (ten cents) per card.

CUSTOM GREETING
|
 If
you require the ultimate flexibility in customization, choose a
Custom verse. After placing your order, one of our designers
will contact you within 1 business day to work directly with you.
With a Custom Greeting, you can fill the inside of your card with your
own text in your choice of typestyle, size, and ink colors. Custom
Greetings incur a $35 custom services fee, which will not show in
the shopping cart during checkout. The $35 includes as many
iterations as necessary to make the perfect card for you, and
includes a PDF proof that you must approve prior to printing.
Custom Greetings usually take 1-3 additional days for the design
and approval process.

BLANK ENVELOPES
|
Blank Envelopes are always included at no additional charge with
every card order. Each greeting card design is manufactured with
coordinating envelopes, and due to size and paper variations,
envelopes cannot be substituted, except where offered as a selection
for any specific card.

ENVELOPE RETURN ADDRESS PRINTING
|
A professionally printed return address on your envelope not only
looks great, it also saves you valuable time. Robert McMahan
Photography can professionally print your return address on the
coordinating envelopes that are included with each card. Just select
the envelope printing option of your choice and enter your envelope
return address exactly as you want it printed. Please carefully review
the return address for punctuation and spelling, as your text will be
printed exactly as you enter it. Envelope Return Address Printing
costs an additional $.25 (twenty-five cents) per envelope and is shown
in the shopping cart during checkout. Envelopes are printed in the
same ink color as your card's inside greeting imprint.

LOGOS, SIGNATURES AND CUSTOM ARTWORK
|
 Company
logos and signatures add a very special personalized touch to your
cards and can make a big impact on your customers. Send us
your artwork, and one of our designers will work with you to
create a one-of-a-kind card with that extra touch of class and
professionalism. Having Robert McMahan Photography print your signatures directly
in your cards can save the time and trouble of getting your
office staff to all sign hundreds of cards. Logos, Signatures and
Custom Artwork incur a $35 custom services fee, which will not
show in the shopping cart during checkout. This service usually
takes 1-3 additional days for the design and approval process.

STANDARD INK COLORS
|
 Standard ink colors vary according to the card and the type of paper used in it's design. Our color recommendations are based on our experience and subjective taste, though you may select an alternate color on most cards. Color inks may cost more with some card designs, such as with our real photo cards, and such additional prices are clearly noted and are calculated in the shopping cart during checkout.

MULTIPLE INK COLORS
|
Some customers require two ink colors
inside their cards, for example a verse in
Black and their imprint in Green.
This requires special set-up and multiple
press runs, and therefore requires a
quote. Some cards can also be printed in
full color - please call us at (212)

representatives about two color and full
color options.

CUSTOM PMS INK |
 Some
customers require a custom mix PMS (Pantone Matching System) ink
color to coordinate with their corporate or logo color.
We can accommodate special ink requests, but please be
aware that custom mix colors can render differently on some of
our paper stocks. PMS colors also typically add 5 additional production
days
to your order. If you require special mix inks, please provide
this information in the special instructions box of your order
and a representative will contact you to assist you. Custom
mixed PMS inks cost an additional $60, which will not show in the
shopping cart during checkout. This service and charge will be
approved by you via phone or email prior to commencing on the
work. |
